Halloumi and Fried Eggs E-mail

Ingredients


  • 2 fresh eggs
  • 2-3 slices of Halloumi Cheese
  • 4-5 tablespoons of Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation


Place olive oil in fry pan and heat slightly
Add eggs one at a time and fry until set, remove on to plate
Add Halloumi cheese to pan and fry until golden brown on each side, add to plate with eggs.
Season with salt and pepper to taste
Enjoy the most nutritious and healthy breakfast.
