Cauliflower au gratin E-mail

r26Ingredients for 1 serve:

  • 300g cauliflower
  • 15g oil
  • ½ egg
  • 15g flour
  • 100g milk
  • 10g yellow cheese (Kashkaval)
  • 3g parsley
  • 1,5g salt


  1. Place the cauliflower in cold water and boil it.
  2. Prepare Béchamel sauce by baking the flour, which you then dissolve in some cold milk. Pour the mixture into the remaining boiling milk, stirring non-stop. Remove from the heat, add the salt, 10g of the oil, stirring non-stop. Fold in the egg and half of the grated yellow cheese.
  3. Cube the boiled cauliflower, arrange it in a baking tray, then sprinkle with the finely chopped parsley and cover with the sauce. Add the remaining oil and yellow cheese.
  4. Bake at medium heat.
