Ingredients for 1 serve:
- 300g cauliflower
- 15g oil
- ½ egg
- 15g flour
- 100g milk
- 10g yellow cheese (Kashkaval)
- 3g parsley
- 1,5g salt
Method:
- Place the cauliflower in cold water and boil it.
- Prepare Béchamel sauce by baking the flour, which you then dissolve in some cold milk. Pour the mixture into the remaining boiling milk, stirring non-stop. Remove from the heat, add the salt, 10g of the oil, stirring non-stop. Fold in the egg and half of the grated yellow cheese.
- Cube the boiled cauliflower, arrange it in a baking tray, then sprinkle with the finely chopped parsley and cover with the sauce. Add the remaining oil and yellow cheese.
- Bake at medium heat.
